Charges

To ensure we don’t over charge on delivery, when an order is recieved a price will be given depending on weight and size of item.Free delivery applies to Shredder-Chippers (exclusing Brushmaster) supplied to delivery addresses in the UK mainland south of the highland line any day except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

General

If items are in stock, we will try and ensure that they are despatched the same day.  Small items are usually sent by post and larger items are delivered via a courier.  If a courier is needed they normally collect the day, after the order is received and will be delivered accordingly to the service purchased.

Shredder-Chippers

Garden Master and Forester models are usually delivered by our own vehicle to addresses on the UK mainland and the machines are demonstrated on delivery. Payment in full is required after a satisfactory demonstration. Thereafter, a customer may return the machine for a full refund of the purchase price if the machine does not perform as we claim. The machine must be returned at the customer’s expense in good condition (used but undamaged) within 30 days of purchase.Brushmaster shredders are normally delivered by road carrier, not by our own vehicle, and are therefore not demonstrated by us on receipt by the customer. They may be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price if they do not perform as we claim.

Smart Carts

Any Smart Cart may be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price if it is defective or does not perform as we claim. It must be returned undamaged and in good condition in the original packaging.
